Many people who participate in cancer related events collect bras for various reasons.  Some teams that participate in the Susan G. Komen 3 Day for Life 60 mile walks will string used bras like flags between their tents in the overnight camps.

Why do away with that worn out bra?  Turn it into a purse!  By sewing the cups together, you can form a great bag and use the straps as handles.  Smaller bras make elegant coin purses.  You can add embellishments or make use of the satin and lace that are already part of the bra to generate a cute or elegant look.
